My Friend’s Pie

That’s a recipe of my good friend. She’s a very good cook and this pie is one of her masterworks. I cook it very often. It takes short time and few products.

To make paste you’ll need:

1 egg yolk

20 g butter

1 glass milk

1 teaspoon yeast

salt

sugar

flour

For stuff you can take cabbage or potato or rice with preserved fish. I took cabbage here.

Potato Soup with Minced Meat

For cooking this soup you’ll need:

Minced meat (beef preferably) – 250g.

Tomatoes – 2

Potato – 4

Onion- 1

Boiled eggs – 2

Green – fresh or dried

Some salt.

 

  1. Put the meat (can be frozen) in boiling water and boil on the small fire. Don’t forget to skim off the foam.

Mandarin Dessert

The dessert is very delicious and easy to cook.

To make it you’ll need:

1 bunch of sorrel

0,5 kg mandarins

125 g cream yoghurt

Sugar

 

Cut the sorrel and mandarins finely.

Mix them with yoghurt, add sugar.

Eggplants and tomatoes are very popular in summer. To cook this dish you need about 5-6 eggplants, 3-4 tomatoes, 2 garlic cloves and some dill.

You'll need some cabbage, a carrot, 2 potatoes, 2 tomatoes, 2 onions, 2 eggplants, 2 peppers, three garlic cloves some parsley and dill and chicken fillet, of course.
