Paint nail in a light blue and set aside to dry.
Add a blob of dark blue and the edge of the nail and a blob of white above it. Get a cocktail stick and combing the blue and white by making tiny swirls.
Add the dolphin in a silver and set to dry, add white for the detailing under the belly and on top of fin and add the black dot for the eye.
Finish with top clear coat

I think that this design of mine is a really effective one.
Firstly add the white and let dry.
Add the striped red section.
Add the black sections by painting abstract 'Y' shapes. The best thing about this is that you dont have to be perfectly neat and tidy!
Add the black rhinestones creating a finishing edge where the red meets the white.
Finally finish with a clear varnish.

101 Dalmatians nail design ' black spots on white.
1) Use nail polish remover to prepare the nails, it will degrease them and allow polish to be much longer on your nails. This rule is for natural and for artificial nails as well.
2) Polish the nails white (if it's necessary polish them twice for better and even color).
3) Paint different size black spots. Some big and some small.
4) Let nails dry for 2-3 minutes.
5) Finish with top coat.
