There are lots of recipes and advice on how to make your hair more beautiful and thicker. There are also plenty of remedies such as hair masks, balsams, hair creams. All of them moisturize your hair along its length and stick the split-ends together. There are nourishing masks, home-made as well, that are rubbed in the scalp to nourish hair roots. However natural nourishment is the most important. Blood flow provides hair roots with natural altered nutrients and oxygen thus your hair becomes thicker and looks healthier. To provide good blood flow to your hair you can use pepper extract (you can buy it in the drug store): rub it in your scalp before every hair wash and leave for 30 minutes, wash away with shampoo. Never mind if you feel a little burning on your scalp, the pepper stimulates the blood flow by irritating the skin. You’d better rub the extract with a cotton ball to escape overdosing and eye contact.
Another simple procedure to nourish your hair is massaging your scalp. You should do it regularly before going to bed: comb your hair with a wooden brush in different directions massaging your scalp, it also provides good blood flow to your hair roots.
