
Breakfast is the most useful meal of the day. It compensate fall of blood sugar level after 8-10 hours of sleep. Breakfast is fuel for our organism, it’s necessary for effective beginning of your day. People who have breakfast every morning get the following advantages:

What should your breakfast consist of? Try to choose healthy food simultaneously of these two groups for your everyday breakfast.
- fruit and veg, fresh juice, natural yoghurt
- cereals without milk, toast

- proteins (hard-boiled or soft-boiled eggs).
