Baked Chicken Fillet with Vegetables You'll need some cabbage, a carrot, 2 potatoes, 2 tomatoes, 2 onions, 2 eggplants, 2 peppers, three garlic cloves some parsley and dill and chicken fillet, of course. Ring all the vegetables except the cabbage and the green, of course. The cabbage is better to be shredded. And you'd better to peel off the eggplants before ringing them as the skin can be quite rough. Put the ringed vegetables separately. Dice the fillet. Take a glass pan for baking, put there a layer of potatoes, then a layer of carrot, cabbage, onions and so on, finishing with chicken layer. Then start all from the beginning until you put all the stuff in the pan in layers. Salt every layer a little. When you've done with it, pour some olive oil on the top and overstrew with the green and add some curry if you like. Cover the pan and put in the stove on the middle fire for about 30-40 minutes. In some minutes you'll see juice boiling in the pan, don't let it boil away otherwise the dish will be too dry. This dish is very healthy and dietetic. Good appetite!!!
