1 Polish the nail shimmery red. 2 Paint two large white stars on the corner of the free edge. 3 Add tiny white and blue dots around the stars as accents. 4 Paint a red star inside one of the white stars, but leave a small outline of the white star. 5 Paint a BLUE star inside one of the white stars, but leave a small outline of the white star. 6.Apply top coat.
