Stuffed Chicken Fillet

Stuffed Chicken Fillet To cook this dish you'll need chicken fillet 5 pieces, 1 carrot, one onion, some dill and parsley, mayonnaise, a clove, some special spice for chicken or just pepper and curry. First we'll make the filling. Peel of the carrot and onion, grate the carrot on the fine grater, dice the onion, cut the dill and the parsley, mix it all, add some salt, mayonnaise and spices. The filling is ready. Now take a piece of the chicken fillet, slit it, it'll look like a pocket, put there some filling. Do the same with the rest pieces of the chicken fillet. When the fillet has been stuffed, take a special glass pan, meant for cooking in the stove, oil it a little and place there all the fillet pieces. If you've got some filling left, you can put it on the top and decorate the dish with some broccoli. Cover the pan, you don't need to pour any water there, the dish is to be cooked in own juice. Put the pan into the stove heated up to 250°C and leave for about 40 minutes. You'd better check time after time if there's still the juice boiling in the pan and not to let it boil away, in other case you'll have to taste dried and tough chicken fillet with fried veg. When the dish is ready, the fillet will be tender and juicy. You can have it with rice and fresh tomatoes. Bon appétit!
