Firstly start with a light green base colour and let dry with a dark green draw in leaves by doing a ver draw out 's' shape, add the vines to connect all the leaves. Add some more vines with a white colour and also use the white to highlight one edge of each leaf On the other edge of the leaf use a gold for highlight To finish i used a clear varnish that had green glitter mixed with it Please feel free to comment =)
