using the blue lay the base colour and allow to dry Using a dark purple form the criss-cross over the top and allow to dry Add a clear coat To add a bow: form a bow and glue so the bow cannot separate To attach the bow add a drop of glue/nail glue and press & hold the bow into the glue Please feel free to make a comment =)
