Paint nail in a light blue and set aside to dry. Add a blob of dark blue and the edge of the nail and a blob of white above it. Get a cocktail stick and combing the blue and white by making tiny swirls. Add the dolphin in a silver and set to dry, add white for the detailing under the belly and on top of fin and add the black dot for the eye.
