
My question is ' how to fight depression. It's summer the time of the rest and happiness. There is a sun outside, people wear summer light clothes, plan where to go for the holiday. But something wrong, I'm not happy. Every little problem can affect so much, that I'm falling to depression. I try do not pay attention to the little problems and several days everything is ok, but suddenly all problems join together and make me cry. I want to ask about easy and simple methods to cheer up the mood. Does anybody use something like this?
