Materials: -Dark-pink nail polish -White nail polish -White acrylic paint -Brown acrylic paint -Small brush -Top coat 1) Polish background with dark-pink nail polish. 2) Create a smile line using white polish. 3) Now draw pattern with brown acrylic paint using small brush. 4) Add white dots over the brown stripes ' white acrylic paint. 5) Cover with top coat.
